Deep is quite the different fat burner product. The advertisers make claims about it, such as the fact that it helps people lose 15 pounds in one month. It also is said to help keep the weight off with continued use.

Brief Evaluation

Deep is made in an FDA-certified facility. That is at least what the advertiser says. Usually what this means is that the company follows FDA dietary supplement labeling and manufacturing standards.

This does not mean that the supplement itself is FDA approved. However, the standards of producing it are. This is a very complicated issue and if you are looking for more information you should see the Food and Drug Administration website. The good news is (as long as the advertiser is telling the truth).

The purpose of this particular Deep product is that the Advance Fat Burner is supposed to speed up metabolism. This is done to help minimize the time that a workout takes to help a person burn fat and lose weight.

The most frustrating part about evaluating this product-although the ad for it is quite informative-is that it is hard to find customer feedback. That is, real customer feedback that is not the so-called testimonials that are not real.

That may be because this product is so new. However, it does show some promise. It has in it ingredients such as the following: Citrius Aurantium, White Willow Bark, Cha de Bugre, Caffeine, Vitamin B5, Ginger Root and Hoodia Gordonii.

Keep on the lookout for it. There is quite a bit of information describing it that seems legitimate. It is just hard to find real customer feedback about it.

Anatrim is a weight loss supplement that was created with the intention to provide a safer alternative to Ephedra. However, the main concern is whether or not it actually works, and if it does what is it that makes it work?

There are advantages of using this product, while there are disadvantages. You will see these shown in the next couple of sections.

Advantages

It has been determined that diet pills such as Anatrim are safer, because one of the main ingredients is hoodia gordonii and not ephedrine. This product has one other advantage that appeals to people who prefer not to use a stimulant-based product.

It has in it no caffeine. Yet, it has green tea in it and blue-green algae as supporting ingredients along with the hoodia. The green tea substance help reduce fat as it boosts metabolism and the blue-green algae provides a healthy source of protein.

It is also worth noting that the species of hoodia used in this product is one that was since ancient times used for appetite suppression. It was also used to help stretch sparse food rationings while on long hunting trips.

Anatrim diet pills are ideal for people who are looking for a weight loss supplement that helps with both fat burning and appetite suppressant.

Disadvantages

There is not that much evidence yet to support the use of hoodia gordonii, other than how it was used historically or how it has been presented in the media. One of the hugest concerns is that it cannot be processed well by people who have liver problems.

Another main concern is for people who have diabetes. Using any hoodia-based product can have an affect on blood sugar. Furthermore, when this plant source is not used in its purest form it may not be as effective and when mixed with other ingredients it could cause serious side effects.

When using hoodia diet pills remember moderation is a key factor that contributes to weight loss success. You also need to understand the role of weight loss supplements in order for any product to work for you.

The correct use of hoodia diet pills is to help enhance a current exercise and diet plan. If you do not have a regular workout routine scheduled you should plan one right now. Take an aerobics class, go running for bit before work, or join a sports’ team.

In addition to the exercise program you implement, you should also eat a balanced meal. This will enhance the appetite suppressant power of the hoodia gordonii.

Above all of that, remember that the use of hoodia diet pills is not meant to encourage crash dieting. It is not healthy to try to lose more than a few (or two) pounds per week. If you are shedding pounds faster than two to three pounds per week it can cause problems.

It also can cause great disappointment. You may gain it all back because once the crash diet is over you are back to the way you were. Hoodia products are not meant to be used for this purpose.

Be careful also if you are a person who has had a past history of starving yourself. The same applies to individuals who may have been bulimic and have a tendency to binge and purge.

If you have had any eating disorder whatsoever generally speaking hoodia diet pills are not for you. If you have never had an eating disorder then you can use these supplements to help you control your weight but it will also take discipline and dedication.

With that in mind, only use the amount of diet pill that you are told to take. This will ensure that you do not put too much or too little of the hoodia in your system.

There is no official standard as to what is effective. However, as a general rule of thumb about 1,500 mg is on the low end of the hoodia effectiveness scale.

Maybe you can start out with 700 mg and work up from there. Eventually, you may even take as high of a dosage as 3,500 mg but be very careful and monitor yourself closely for any changes.

If you have any health concerns pertaining to usage of hoodia diet pills ask a professional. It is better to be safe than sorry.

When seeking weight loss help by way of hoodia supplements you need to understand what hoodia gordonii can and cannot do. When you understand the main role of this natural plant source it will help you lose weight more quickly.

It’s Role

The most authentic supply of hoodia gordonii comes from the aerial stems of this succulent plant. Usually it is found in South Africa. The main purpose of it is to suppress appetite, and it is only one species of this type of plant that has the P57 enzyme in it.

It is this enzyme which helps send signals to the brain. These signals help tell you when you are full and this is what helps you eat less.

What this substance will NOT do is this…

It will not help you burn fat. The only exception is when you purchase a safe and effective supplement that has supporting fat burning ingredients such as green tea.

It will not replace the need to eat healthy foods. You still need to eat a variety of high-fiber whole grains, fruits, and vegetables along with select cuts of lean meat and low-fat dairy.

The use of hoodia supplements does not replace the need to exercise. It is ideal to plan a variety of strength and cardio routines to encourage fitness balance.

It will not instantly correct years of bad eating habits. You still have to deal with the psychological addiction to food.

Hoodia supplements are not going to correct eating disorders. In some cases, they can intensify an eating disorder, particularly anorexia nervosa. If a person is starving him/her self using an appetite supplement is dangerous.

There is no way that a hoodia supplement is going to cause you to instantly lose weight. In fact, it is unhealthy to try to lose too many pounds at once.

Food and drug safety is a very big issue. This is for any drug, including those that have hoodia present in them which of course is used for weight loss.

The FDA of course is the organization that manages approval of all supplements, including hoodia weight loss ones. The standard this government facet upholds is very strict.

Approval of a hoodia supplement is usually only granted after the following has taken place:

It has been proven that the supplement works as advertised.

The proper license has been obtained to sell authentic hoodia in the purest form.

Rigorous lab tested has been completed and the supplement passes.

Any other ingredients added to the hoodia supplement have also been designated as safe.

Any proper warnings that are necessary are placed on the hoodia bottle.

Important Warnings

Consumers are advised by a variety of sources to beware of drugs that are not branded. They also are advised to be wary of a supplement that has not been approved by the FDA.

Furthermore, users need to realize that diet pills are not the only answer to weight loss. They also should remember to exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet.

Furthermore, it helps to make positive lifestyle changes. For instance, people should drink less alcohol and stop smoking. Use of illegal or abuse of prescription drugs is also not recommended.

One other important point to remember is that too rapid of weight loss is not recommended. It can cause worse problems. Users should expect to take several weeks to several months to see progress when using one or a variety of different hoodia products.

For the most part, hoodia is regarded as a safe substitute for ephedrine which was regarding as fatal a few years ago. However, today people are wondering exactly how safe it is.

One of the main concerns is regarding how well or how not well this substance mixed with other herbs and plants. Occasionally, when not combine right it could cause very serious side effects such as shortness of breath or even death.

How do you avoid all of this trouble? The answers are here…

Try to take the purest form of hoodia gordonii as possible. It should be no more than between 1,500 to 3,000 mg a day, generally.

It would be better to use supplements that do not have in them other additives or large amounts of other herbs and plants. One of the main areas of concerns is mixing Kava with hoodia gordonii.

Be very careful about using supposed “synthetic” mixtures of hoodia that supposedly replicate the real thing. You should be very cautious about this.

The appetite suppressant supplements that have stimulant ingredients such as caffeine or ginseng in them can be of a concern. Mostly pregnant women should be aware of this.

Speaking of pregnant women, the safety of this product used with a woman carrying an unborn child has not yet been established. Furthermore, there is a concern about nursing women. You should talk to your doctor about this.

Other dangers

People who have diabetes should be concerned about taking this product. Their blood sugar level could drop profusely. Dehydration also could be a problem because it not only suppresses appetite but thirst.

There is the possibility of liver problems being associated with the use of hoodia. However, further information is needed to confirm this.

Conclusion

More conclusive evidence is needed to determine what the side effects of hoodia are when this product is used in its purest form. You should use supplements made with this plant as well as other ingredients very sparingly.

A C.I.T.E.S. certificate is one that is issued by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, thus the acronym you see. This is an organization that helps regulate the export of this very precious hoodia gordonii crop.

This hoodia gordonii supply usually is taken from various sections of South Africa-particularly the Kalahari Desert. One of the other prime areas of h. gordonii growth is in the Namida location.

There are other sections of the world where this plant course may be found. However, the growth conditions that are most conducive to successful harvest would be those described in the previous paragraph.

Reason for Laws

The reason that this species of hoodia is being placed under close watch is so companies and individuals do not just come in and take over the land. It also insures that the crop that comes form this location is produced under very strict guidelines.

This ensures the safety of everyone, and also increases chance of product effectiveness. As a result, more people are then able to eat less because they are likely to have less of a desire to eat.

The C.I.T.E.S. certificate is one way for consumers to know that the product they purchase does have present in it a quality crop of hoodia. It is these certified products that have in them the aerial stems which is the only section of this succulent plant (desert plant often mistaken for a cactus) that has in it the P57 enzyme.

In fact, this certificate issued by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species gives you the assurance that you receive the portion of the right plant course. This correct plan source with the P57 enzyme is the only one that has been (so far) reported as one that is useful for suppressing appetite.

More Info

The knowledge of the appetite suppressing power of this plant species has been known by ancient African tribes for many, many years. It is today’s science and technology that needs to catch up with what nature has told many people for thousands of years.

So far, evidence based on scientific research of the workings of this substance has been confirmed on lab rats. At any rate, this species of hoodia has received quite a bit of media attention because it seems to have proven to work on humans many times, though extensive scientific testing has not yet been done on humans.

Irwin Naturals Fast Action Hoodia has is advantages and disadvantages. The major plus of using this product is that it is shipped by a company that offers fast delivery.

Therefore, if you want to get started on using it you can within a relatively short amount of time. The company generally sends out orders the same business day.

This product does have the right type of hoodia in it that actually, helps suppress appetite (or at least that is what some sources claim). This in fact is something that has been known for quite a long time now. Ancient South African tribes people used it during times of famine and expedition.

Recent studies today are being conducted on this plant in order to confirm the fact that it indeed does seem to have an effect on appetite. So far, these modern studies have proven that it does have appetite suppressant qualities on animals but no extensive research has been done on humans.

So what does that mean for consumers who purchase products like Irwin Naturals Fast Action Hoodia Diet? Well, it could mean one of a couple of things. Perhaps nature and history is far ahead of medical science, or perhaps this entire claim is a hoax.

Chances are, however, if evidence of the appetite suppressant qualities shows up on animals and is documented in history most likely the claims are true. If you need further convincing of the safety and effectiveness of the plant source of hoodia gordonii present in products like Irwin Naturals Fast Action Hoodia you can ask your doctor, nutritionist, or other specialist.

Other Ingredients

Besides the main ingredient, which has been the focus of this article, this product also has in it green tea extract which measures at a standard 80% caffeine level. This is a very popular source of metabolism and energy booster.

Other ingredients in this product include the following: Ginger extract, Choline, Inositol, and other natural substances often attributed to weight loss. Additional ingredients include glycerin, purified water, lecithin, beeswax, and other fillers.

Brief Evaluation (And Concerns)

One concern about using this product is that it does contain stimulant ingredients such as caffeine. The ginseng also is one that is somewhat of an “upper” although it does not cause the type of crash that is characteristic of caffeine.

In any case, users are forewarned (especially if they are already insomniacs) not to use this product too late at night. It is advised if you are going to use it to take it earlier in the day. Also, you should make sure you take it according to instructions and do not expect it to be your only answer regarding weight loss.

In Africa, hoodia gordonii is not classified as a drug at all. In fact, it has been for a long time incorporated into daily meals.

For instance, it has many times been used in salads, cut up just like a cucumber. Incidentally, it does have a taste similar to a cucumber only it is not quite as sweet as that.

It also has been for a long time regarded as a tool for suppressing appetite. Ancient tribal hunters were the first to use it.

Benefits

The reason this substance is used in place of another is that it has proven to be a safe alternative to ephedrine. Ephedrine is most commonly recognized as the potentially fatal substance in products such as Ephedra, which caused problems for many people-which is why it is now banned.

Additional advantages of hoodia gordonii include the following:

It is non-addicting unlike other drugs that contain stimulants such as caffeine.

According to one source, this substance does not dehydrate you like other herbs. (Still, always drink plenty of water.)

No uncomfortable or serious side effects have been associated with this plant source-particularly no vomiting, fatigue, headaches, or nausea.

It is easier on the kidneys unlike diuretic weight loss substances.

It seems that users are able to lose weight in this way without thyroid or heart malfunction.

Since portions of this plant are used in everyday food, it helps users have confidence in it.

Precautions

The recommendation is to remain at a realistic weight loss goal of two pounds per week when using it. If you experience weight loss at a rate quicker than that, try to use less of it or find a way to correct the problem.

Slimming down quickly is okay perhaps temporarily but not healthy as a long-term solution. Furthermore, beware that people with eating disorders may not be recommended hoodia products.

This is particularly true of people who are anorexic. However, anyone with eating problems should beware.

Some discrepancy about how it would affect the blood pressure rate or the liver is circulated. However, if there is an issue with either of these it is rare.

The main purpose of hoodia gordonii is appetite control. This natural plant source tricks you into thinking you are full, as if you have eaten a fattening meal. It has special properties that helps with this process.

Properties

The main appetite suppressing ingredient of the gordonii species of this plant is the P57 enzyme in it. Very few manufacturers actually have the license to produce the authentic variety of the plant from which this substance is produced.

Hoodia used as an appetite suppressant also contains a fair amount of antioxidants. Therefore, it has additional health benefit than just to help people lose weight. However, it actually most often received media attention within the past few years as a safe alternative to ephedrine-based products which are fatal.

The Science of Appetite Suppression

The scientific explanation of how this plant source (h. gordonii) works to curb hunger is explained as follows: It is steroidal glycosides which helps trigger that glucose levels of the body is high. This plan source aids this process by which most people are full-unless they have completely loss the ability to feel full.

Historical Use

The ancient Amazon Bushmen used the whole or dried version of the fresh plant. They did not use the flowers or root and it is documented that they still remained full as this product helped carry them through long famines.

Further Recommendation

There is some discrepancy as to which part of the hoodia plant is actually most effective. Some sources suggest the mature flower of the plant. However, others suggest that the aerial stems of this plant are what is most helpful.
