This is a liquid juice product is made with powdered hoodia. The serving size is 1 ml (2fl oz.), which is the equivalent of 25 drops. The number of servings per container is approximately 59.
Evaluation
One part of the report that was given about Desert Juice is that regarding authentication. The distributor/manufacturer of it does hold a C.I.T.E.S. Certificate, which allows South African hoodia to be exported.
The company who makes this product (Desert Burn) also holds a USDA Protected Plant Permit. Furthermore, random lab tests have been conducted on this product by HPLC and HPTLC.
Overall, it has received an average rating one some site while other sites have shown it at a much higher rating. It depends upon who has tried it or how it was used.

Desert Burn makes quite a few different products besides Desert Juice. For instance, they make a hoodia tea as well as a Java (coffee) product. The standards by which this product has been evaluated include as follows:
- Whether it contains the authentic South African hoodia
- The portion of the plan used to make this product (aerial stems)
- Additional ingredients (none in this case)
- The holding of a C.I.T.E.S certificate and other verification
This company overall seems to be rated high because they take pride in the hoodia supplements they create. Therefore, more consumers seem to take pride in this company as well.
